Well hello there I see you’ve made it to my very first blog post.
Im a recovering sugarholic, junk food vegetarian and I think I eat healthy human being. I’ve eaten sugar since I was born (may not that early but pretty close). I choose to be vegetarian in my 20’s and ate anything that wasn’t categorized as ‘meat’, that meant anything and everything not meat. I then went back to meat and thought I was eating healthy, no soda or candy etc. This brought me to all the healthy protein bars, protein drinks anything that had health on the label.
Junk food health nut. Little did I realize they were candy bars and soda in disguise.
Real food, whole food, clean eating whatever you want to call it that’s how I eat now. I’ve been told it too restrictive, little to no choice or variation or just plain boring.
Im here to share the wide variety of foods, flavors and my enthusiasm for eating the way I do.
